Pasta Station

Made to order Bow Tie Pasta with Herbed Marinara, Pesto and Alfredo Sauce, Fresh Vegetables  (broccoli, asparagus tips, mushrooms)

Add chicken and shrimp

Quesadilla Station

Beef, Chicken and Black Beans with Cheddar and Jack Cheese, Sliced Jalapenos, Green Onions, Salsa, Sour Cream and Guacamole

Scampi Station

Jumbo Shrimp Flamed with Bourbon and Herb Garlic Butter Sauce (can include Shrimp and Grits)

Risotto Station

Basic Parmesan Risotto with  Shrimp, Mushrooms, Chicken, Asparagus

Brie Cheese Station

Glazed Brie en Croute, Toasted Almond and Raspberry Filling,  served with Assorted Crackers and Fresh Berry Garnish  (no Chef)

Dessert Station

Assorted Petite Desserts: Mini Éclairs, Mini Cream Puffs, Mini French Pastries and Petite Fours (no Chef)

 

All stations for off site catering must have electrical outlet access.

Chef attended stations have a fee per 100 guests.
